PB Hazelnut Chocolate Bark Recipe
Yields about 20 pieces
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Directions
- Melt coconut oil in a pan over low heat. Then remove from heat, add in the cacao powder and mix well until smooth
- Add maple syrup and sea salt and mix some more to combine
- Pour half the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray or dish
- Add peanut butter to the remaining chocolate mixture and mix to combine. Then pour it on top of the tray to create pb swirls
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top and place in the freezer to set
- Once it’s frozen, break it into barks, and enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer
