Chocolate Rawnola Cookies-Nutriholist

Besides nutritious and wholesome ingredients such as oats, nuts, seeds, tahini, and antioxidant-rich cacao nibs, these cookies include my favorite chocolate superfoods powder, Detox Organics*.

Most people equate detox with deprivation, and while there are tons of “detox diets” out there that make you starve and suffer, it doesn’t have to be that way! Our bodies are designed to naturally filter out harmful substances. However, with exposure to environmental toxins, toxic body care products, and processed foods, most of us could benefit from including detoxifying foods into our diet to help support our internal organs.

With over 25 different plants and herbs like organic spinach, kale, spirulina, chlorella, broccoli, wheat grass, barley grass, beetroot, dandelion root, ginger root, acai berry, aloe vera, and more, Detox Organics does just that and much more! It helps improve digestion, makes you more “regular” (which is especially beneficial when you’re traveling), boosts energy and mood, and reduces inflammation–the major cause of chronic disease. And it tastes great–similar to chocolate milk–at the same time!

If you’d like to try this product, I have good news! You can get 15% off on all your purchases from the Detox Organics website by entering the discount code “nutriholist” at checkout.
