Came up with this spicy peanut sauce to go with the spring rolls I made last week and it was SO incredibly delicious that you may or may not have found me licking my plate! It is super easy to make and you probably have most of the ingredients already in your fridge and pantry! Besides using it as a dip for spring rolls, vegetables or other appetizers, you can toss it over your salads or even use it as a sauce in Asian dishes like pad Thai. Try it and your taste buds will thank you later!
