This raw chocolate caramel sauce is the perfect match for my quick and easy fluffy pancakes made with 3 main ingredients, vegan, and gluten-free! You could also use it as frosting for your cakes, bliss balls or pour it over fruits, oatmeal, nice creams and so on! Same as the pancakes, it is made out of three ingredients only: dates, your favorite nut/seed butter, and cacao powder, blended with water.

Raw Chocolate Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- 5 dates
- 2 tablespoons nut/seed butter of choice
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao or carob powder
- 1/8 cup water (or you could use non-dairy milk for a creamier sauce)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Pour on top of pancakes, fruits, oatmeal, etc. and enjoy!
