Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into smaller chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana (frozen for a firmer texture)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Toppings: fig slices, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, bee pollen, raw buckwheat groats

Directions

  1. Blend spinach, celery, and coconut/almond milk together first for 25-40 seconds
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth
  3. Garnish with your desired toppings and enjoy!
