If I had to pick one breakfast to have for the rest of my life, it would certainly be a healthy chocolate smoothie! A luscious creamy bowl of chocolatey goodness covered with all the crunchy toppings I can get my hands on, just like this one!

I mean, who can say no to chocolate?! But, as a nutritionist and health nut, what appeals more to me than chocolate are all the nutritious vegetables and superfoods you can hide in your smoothies without sacrificing the taste 😛

One of my favorite go-to veggies to use in smoothies is frozen cauliflower. I always have a bag full of raw washed and cleaned cauliflower florets in my freezer just for smoothies. If you find that you have trouble digesting cauliflower or feel bloated afterward, try steaming it first, let it cool down, and then cut into florets and freeze. You can read more about the amazing health benefits of this wonderful veggie and get your hands on another delicious chocolatey smoothie recipe here.

In addition to cauliflower, what makes this recipe super healthy and nutritious is Detox Organics chocolate superfoods powder. I have recently discovered this product and have to say I’m in love! This all-in-one blend includes over 20 organic vegetables, fruits, and superfoods–such as organic wheat grass, barley grass, spinach, kale, broccoli, carrot, beetroot, and more–all the while tasting sweet and delicious like chocolate! It helps remove harmful toxins while boosting energy and reducing inflammation. Just 1-scoop every morning can promote fat loss, eliminate bloat, and ease digestion. If you’re interested in trying out this product, I have great news! You can get 15% off using the promo code “nutriholist”.

This silky rich chocolate bowl is best served with crunchy toppings like pumpkin seeds, raw cacao nibs, coconut chips, and fruits. But feel free to get creative and add any other ingredient your heart desires. Hope you enjoy this nutrient-packed recipe!
